ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon receiving your order, we will send an electronic invoice to the email address provided as a confirmation of your purchase. PAYMENT

We accept payment via all major debit and credit cards through Shopify Pay. Please note that we do not store your credit card details.

CAMPAIGN CODES

To use any campaign or promo codes, you must enter the code during the checkout process. Campaign codes will not be honored if entered after the order is placed. Please ensure that the code is entered correctly to apply the discount. Once an order is placed, no changes to discounts or promo codes will be allowed.

ORDERING

Orders placed without the consent of the named recipient or with fraudulent intent will be reported to the authorities. SEVE reserves the right to adjust prices or correct errors in pricing on any orders. If an incorrect price is displayed, SEVE may cancel the purchase and refund any payments made, in accordance with the best possible method.

RIGHT OF RETURN

Consumers are entitled to return an order within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return must be made with the product in its original condition, including original packaging. The right of return is void if the product is damaged or if packaging is missing. Please contact customer service for return instructions.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

All prices listed on Sevecollection.com include VAT, as per applicable laws in the EU.

For orders shipped to locations outside of the European Union (EU), you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival at your delivery address.
