Returns
Consumers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right applies only if the product, along with its original packaging, is returned in the same condition as when received. The return shipping fee is to be paid by the consumer, and the cost may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
If you return a product for a refund and have not paid the applicable customs fees in advance, SEVE Collection AB reserves the right to deduct the customs fees from your refund amount before processing the return.
Refund Policy
We process returns within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned item, unless additional information is needed from you. Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays, sales, or product launches, the processing time may be slightly longer. Once we process your return, we will issue your refund through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you do not receive your refund within 10 working days, please contact your bank for further assistance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return and Exchange Rights
You have full return and exchange rights within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the following conditions are met:
The product has not been used.
The product is returned undamaged and with its original packaging (including plastic bags, hangtags, boxes, etc.).
Clothing may be tested, but not worn or used.
Underwear is excluded from the return and exchange policy for hygiene reasons.
All merchandise being returned must be packed in a bag or box to prevent damage during transit.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
The returned item must be substantially unused and returned in its original packaging, including any inner packaging and accessories.
Transport damage caused by improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. Do not place address labels directly on the product packaging; instead, place the original packaging inside a protective box.
We recommend including the invoice (or a copy) with your return, as this helps speed up the processing of your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not cover the cost of return postage.

Please retain the return shipping receipt, as you are responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is successfully delivered.
Note: SEVE Collection AB takes no responsibility for damage caused during return shipping if the item is not properly packaged.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please place a new order on our website. Once we receive the returned item and it is processed in our warehouse, we will cancel the original order and issue a refund (for card payments) or return the funds to your account (for direct debit payments).
Shipping Damage
In the event of damage to your order during shipping, please contact us immediately. Any damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient packaging will be charged to the customer.
